Exchange Policy

For Malaysia Orders
At Monaleaf, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange it for free within 30 days of purchase, with no return shipping or handling fees.

  • Returns within 30 Days: You may return your item(s) in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or store credit.
  • Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you wish to exchange for a similar item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Here’s How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s):

  1. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form included with your order summary. Place the completed form and item(s) in the original Monaleaf packaging or any secure box.
  2. Create Your Free Return Label: Visit our returns portal at {website link} to generate and print a prepaid USPS return label.
  3. Mail Your Return: Attach the label to your package, seal it securely, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and process your exchange or store credit promptly.

For International Orders
We accept returns for international orders within 10 days of purchase. Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders. However, store credit will be issued for eligible items.

In some cases, you may be eligible for a refund of duties and taxes from your local customs office. Please contact them directly for further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
